Policy
Check-in: Between 14:00 and 18:00 unless otherwise arranged.
Check-out: 11:00.
Adults only: We do not accommodate children/youngsters under the age of 18.
Payment: Cash, VISA and MasterCard are accepted at Beluga House.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure a multi-night booking. Balance is payable on departure. In case of just one night stay, a 100% deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation: More than 30 days from arrival – no cancellation fee. 7-30 days from arrival – 50% of deposit will be charged. Less than 7 days from arrival – 100% of reservation value will be charged.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking establishment – smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
